Most people think of whey as a single ingredient — it's not. Whey is actually a blend of several protein fractions. The dominant fraction, Beta-Lactoglobulin (BLG), makes up around 55% of whey and is responsible for the vast majority of its muscle-building properties. Using a patented crystallisation process, we isolated this fraction to create a protein source that is purer and more powerful than anything else on the market. Compared to standard whey, pure BLG contains 26% more essential amino acids, 40% more BCAAs, and 45% more leucine — the amino acid that acts as the trigger for muscle protein synthesis.
